How we work
First, pick up the phone and give us a call. Or you can drop us a message. Tell us what you need or any specific tender you are interested in and we can go from there. We go through the specification, putting together a comprehensive tender proposal. We will get that over to you on the same day (even if it’s a weekend), because we understand that time is often of the essence.
The quote we provide has the costings clearly broken down. It will state what documents we need to be completed for the entire submission. Also, it will detail what documents you need to complete/sign in the meantime, because it’s vital that we/you submit on time. There will never be hidden extras. What we quote you is what you pay – it’s as simple as that.
Once we have the go-ahead from you, we guide you through the process from start to finish. Throughout the process, we tease out information required, advising and supporting you along the way, to build the strongest possible tender response. You go about your business, while we work behind the scenes.
We give you daily updates. We won’t bombard you with questions or request information here, there and everywhere. After all, you are paying us to do the legwork here.
Prior to submission, you read the entire document and let us know any changes you want to make. These snippets of (massively important) info will often come to you as an ‘ah-ha’ moment.
Either you can submit the completed response document, or we will do it on your behalf.

Nick Ridgman, Publications Editor, Alzheimer’s Society
‘We approached Natalie to write a fact-sheet around the area of Deputyship, because of her extensive experience in the area of mental capacity. Working with Natalie was a very positive experience. She was swift and responsive in her communications, worked closely to our brief, and was flexible and attentive to our needs. She produced a document that we were very pleased with, and I would happily recommend Natalie’s healthcare copy-writing.’
Pieter Smit, PC Homes
‘I am writing this as a token of our appreciation for the amazing work you have done with our tender – and on such short notice. Our own efforts at writing this tender were wanting in format and detail and we realized that we could benefit from someone who could put everything in the correct context. To say that we were surprised that you agreed to assist us on such short notice would be an understatement but obviously you believed in our ethos and working practices when you agreed to help us writing our tender. The relief felt by us was huge when you agreed to support us with this project and working with you felt natural. You have a ‘no-nonsense approach’ and we could not have wished for a better collaboration in working on this tender. We are sure to use your services in the future and would highly recommend you to anybody in this regard’.
Esther Powell, Vision Housing
‘I approached Natalie after speaking to a number of reputable and well known tender writers that had either been recommended to us or that we had found on LinkedIn. Out of everyone we spoke to, we connected with Natalie the most. Natalie really took the time to understand exactly what we needed and took a genuine interest in our business, client group and our business’s culture and ethos. It was a truly personal service. Most importantly, Natalie perfectly represented this within our method statements. She has a real flair for writing and this backed with her wealth of knowledge and experience was a winning combination. Natalie offered unlimited revisions of the work she had done. As it happened, this wasn’t necessary as it was amazing from the first version. This saved me a lot of time and resources and gave me reassurance throughout an anxiety provoking experience. I would not hesitate in using Natalie for any future tenders. She is a true professional, has a great personality and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her.’
Steve Osborne, MD, Rainbow Medical Services
‘During a period of multiple work demands Natalie drafted an excellent document for a particularly long and detailed tender. The great thing was that she understood that these numerous demands meant that we really just needed someone to pick up the workload on this project and run with it. This meant the tender was successfully submitted before the deadline with minimal time input from us and was of a quality we would not have achieved on our own. With this in mind I would whole heatedly recommend Natalie’s tender writing services’.
Neil Grant, Partner, Ridouts LLP
‘In my dealings with Natalie Saunders, I have always found her to be responsive, knowledgeable and willing to think “outside the box.” She is a true expert in relation to the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS, both technically and practically. I am not aware of any other care consultant who specialises to the degree that she does in this particular area. It follows that providers can be assured they will get advice from Natalie that is focussed on the practical implementation of this legislation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Natalie to organisations needing advice on this complex and highly important area of the law.’
Rob Baillie, Operations Director at Cambian Group
‘Natalie is readily able to openly display a huge level of drive, determination and oozes enthusiasm and passion all aspects of her work. Her significant level of practice experience ability aligned with her level of skill and knowledge in her very specialist arenas of work are what make her exceptional and a rarity in her field. He focus is clear and her fundamental approach is towards ensuring best practice in the interests and rights of those to whom she provides support and services, making her the most extraordinary and inspirational advocate I have ever experienced. I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie as a most honourable person with whom I intend a long term working relationship.’
